Shipping Policy

At BuddhiSoul, we aim to offer reliable, fairly priced, and transparent shipping to support your practice—wherever you are.

1) Shipping Destinations

We ship to most countries worldwide. Due to carrier restrictions, we currently do not ship to: Bahamas, Yemen, Cuba, Iran, Sudan, Syria.
We continue to review routes and hope to expand coverage.

2) Shipping Costs

  • Free Standard Shipping on orders US$69.99+

  • Standard / Premium Shipping: typically US$6 (shown at checkout)

  • Express Shipping (DHL/FedEx): from US$29.99, based on destination and weight

Notes

  1. “Free shipping over US$69.99” applies to regular-priced items.

  2. If a product is offered as free/gift in a promotion, a fixed logistics fee may apply (covers processing, shipping, and potential duties). The exact fee will be shown at checkout.

  3. Final shipping charges are calculated at checkout by destination, weight/size, and service.

3) Processing & Delivery Times

Total delivery time = Processing time + Transit time
(Delays from customs, weather, holidays, or unforeseen events are not included.)

  • Order Processing: 2–5 business days

  • Express Shipping: 6–8 business days

  • Standard Shipping: 7–20 business days

  • US, CA, UK, MX, NL, DE, FR, NZ, ES, DK, AT, SE, SG: 7–15

  • AU, IL, CH, LV, IT, PT, GR, CY, HU, HR, FI, IE, NO, TH, MY, SK, BR, PL, VN, LT, BE, JP: 10–20

4) Tracking Your Order

When your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. If tracking does not update immediately, please allow 3–5 days for the package to reach and be scanned at an international hub.
If needed, you may also check via a universal tracker such as 17TRACK using your tracking number.

5) Wrong Shipping Information

Entered the wrong address or contact details? Email us within 2 hours of placing your order so we can try to help before processing begins.
Once an order is processed or shipped, we’re unable to reroute. Please ensure your address is complete and accurate (including apartment/unit numbers and correct postcode).

6) Taxes, Duties & Customs

Import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees may be collected by your local customs, depending on country regulations. These charges (if any) are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in product or shipping prices unless explicitly stated at checkout.

7) Lost, Delayed, or Stalled Shipments

  • If your package shows no movement for several days, or exceeds the maximum estimated window, contact us and we’ll assist with a carrier trace.

  • If the package is not delivered within 60 days of shipment, email us and we will resend or refund in full after investigation.

  • Packages returned due to incorrect/insufficient address, refusal, or unclaimed status may incur reship fees.

8) Split Shipments

To get items to you faster, we may ship your order in multiple parcels at no extra cost. You’ll receive tracking for each parcel.

9) Packaging & Sustainability

We use protective packaging designed to safeguard your jewelry while minimizing waste where possible. Please reuse or recycle packaging in accordance with local guidelines.
