Payment Methods

We’re committed to safe, simple, and flexible checkout. Below are the payment options currently supported in our Shopify store. If you have any trouble paying, email us at info@buddhisoul.com and we’ll help right away.

Pay with PayPal

  • At checkout, choose PayPal to be redirected to the PayPal secure payment page.

  • Log in with your PayPal account to confirm payment.

  • No PayPal account? Select “Pay with Debit/Credit Card” on the PayPal page and enter your card details securely.

Important: Your order may ship to the address selected in PayPal. Please double-check the delivery address before paying.

Pay with Credit / Debit Card

We accept major cards (availability may vary by region): Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and other locally supported cards via Shopify’s secure gateway.

  • We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

  • Some banks may require 3D Secure/SMS verification.

  • Please wait for the “Thank you” (order confirmation) page; closing early can result in an abandoned checkout.

Wallets (Where Available)

Depending on your device/location, you may see accelerated checkout options such as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. These methods use the billing/shipping details saved in your wallet for a faster and secure checkout.

Currencies, Taxes & Fees

  • Prices display in your selected currency (where supported) and are charged by our payment processor at the current exchange rate when applicable.

  • Your bank may apply foreign transaction fees—please check with your card issuer.

  • Duties/taxes are shown at checkout when available; otherwise, they may be collected on delivery by local customs.

Coupons / Discount Codes

  • Enter your code on the checkout page and click Apply to update the order total.

  • Only one promo code can be used per order unless otherwise stated.

  • Codes cannot be redeemed for cash and may have start/end dates or exclusions.

Billing & Authorization

  • An authorization hold may appear on your card; it will convert to a charge once your order is confirmed.

  • If an order is edited/cancelled before shipment, the final charge will reflect any adjustments.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

  • Processing times: typically 5–10 business days after we issue the refund (bank timelines vary).

  • For PayPal refunds, funds usually return to your PayPal balance or original funding source.

Failed or Declined Payments

If your payment is declined, please:

  1. Verify card details, billing address, and sufficient funds.

  2. Try a different card or PayPal.

  3. Contact your bank to approve the transaction.
