At BuddhiSoul, we want you to be fully satisfied with every piece you bring into your practice. If something isn’t right, we offer a clear and flexible policy.
7-Day Return (Change of Mind)

You may return items within 7 days of delivery for any reason.

Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags, accessories, and original packaging.

Customer is responsible for return shipping.

For non-quality returns after 7 days (if exceptionally approved), the customer covers round-trip shipping plus a 25% restocking fee.
Final-Sale Items

Custom or personalized pieces (e.g., resized, engraved, made-to-order)

These cannot be returned or refunded. We encourage mindful selection—our team is happy to advise before you purchase.
30-Day Quality Warranty

If a manufacturing defect appears within 30 days of delivery, contact us for a free repair or replacement.

Once confirmed as quality-related, we will cover repair and reshipment costs.
After 30 Days

Damage from wear and tear, misuse, accident, or improper care is not eligible for refund.

We can still help: paid repair services are available; the customer covers two-way shipping and any repair fee (quoted after assessment).
What’s Not Refundable

Shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes already incurred

Packages refused, unclaimed, or returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer
Exchanges

If you prefer an exchange, please state the desired item/size when you contact us. We’ll confirm availability and next steps.
How to Start a Return or Repair

Email info@buddhisoul.com with order number, reason for return/repair, and clear photos of the item.

Wait for our approval email containing the return address and packing instructions.

Ship the item with a trackable service and share the tracking number.

Upon receipt and inspection, refunds (if applicable) are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
