Returns & Refund Policy

At BuddhiSoul, we want you to be fully satisfied with every piece you bring into your practice. If something isn’t right, we offer a clear and flexible policy.

7-Day Return (Change of Mind)

  • You may return items within 7 days of delivery for any reason.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags, accessories, and original packaging.

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping.

  • For non-quality returns after 7 days (if exceptionally approved), the customer covers round-trip shipping plus a 25% restocking fee.

Final-Sale Items

  • Custom or personalized pieces (e.g., resized, engraved, made-to-order)

  • One-of-a-kind / antique items

  • Items marked Final Sale at checkout
    These cannot be returned or refunded. We encourage mindful selection—our team is happy to advise before you purchase.

30-Day Quality Warranty

  • If a manufacturing defect appears within 30 days of delivery, contact us for a free repair or replacement.

  • Once confirmed as quality-related, we will cover repair and reshipment costs.

After 30 Days

  • Damage from wear and tear, misuse, accident, or improper care is not eligible for refund.

  • We can still help: paid repair services are available; the customer covers two-way shipping and any repair fee (quoted after assessment).

What’s Not Refundable

  • Shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes already incurred

  • Packages refused, unclaimed, or returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer

Exchanges

  • If you prefer an exchange, please state the desired item/size when you contact us. We’ll confirm availability and next steps.

How to Start a Return or Repair

  • Email info@buddhisoul.com with order number, reason for return/repair, and clear photos of the item.

  • Wait for our approval email containing the return address and packing instructions.

  • Ship the item with a trackable service and share the tracking number.

  • Upon receipt and inspection, refunds (if applicable) are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
